I specialize in Generative Coaching, which focuses on helping individuals to generate new possibilities and solutions for their lives. Together we will partner to navigate life transitions, identify and achieve goals, process through and make meaning of personal and professional challenges and dream into the blank spaces of your life.

Intuitive Journey Coaching is my own unique brand of coaching and couples a traditional Leadership & Life coaching session along with an intuitive reading. In these sessions, I use various tools (tarot, oracle cards) and my intuitive senses to help clients more deeply explore themes, experiences & choice points in their lives. If you desire a balance between the practical and a more spirit-infused approach to navigating your life's journey, the Intuitive Journey Coaching option could be just what you're looking for!

Coach Express is a time and budget friendly option that includes a 30 minute coaching session done via phone. Busy clients often enjoy using this time to have a virtual 'walk and talk' coaching session. The meeting cadence will be determined by the client & coach.

Our lives and needs ebb and flow and if there are times you feel as though a single coaching session would be supportive, then this would be a good option. (Examples include: Navigating a difficult choice point in life, preparing for a big job interview, gearing up for a difficult conversation with a boss/colleague/partner, talking through a challenging work situation, etc.)   

Today's world is rapidly evolving and seems to grow more complex and ambiguous with each passing day. As organizations struggle to adapt, the series of reactive budget cuts/pivots/reorgs/leadership changes present overwhelming challenges for leaders and teams that feel like they are struggling to keep afloat amidst the sea of chaos. How do we as leaders best steer our organizations, teams and stakeholders through these unpredictable and sometimes volatile waters? How do we learn from our past, meaningfully engage with the present, and vision for the future? What is the invitation that lies at the heart of these challenging times?

Through ritual and ceremony we can reach beyond what is in front of us, past the veil, and seek healing that we may not have accessed before. It is a gift and privilege to facilitate this experience for others, and I look forward to working with you. During a healing ceremony, my goal is to restore balance and harmony to my clients physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. I assist with energetic clearing/extraction, cord cutting, ancestral healing, curse clearing, soul retrieval, elemental balancing/healing, and crossing over deceased loved ones or attached spirits.
